By accessing or using QuicKEY Job ("the Platform"), operated by Rexish Ltd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

QuicKEY Job is a two-sided marketplace that connects job seekers with employers offering flexible and short-term work. We provide the platform to list, discover, and apply for jobs — we are not a party to any agreement between a job seeker and an employer.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree to provide accurate profile and application information, and to conduct yourself professionally when communicating with employers. Misrepresenting your skills, identity, or availability may result in suspension of your account.

Employers agree that job listings must be genuine, lawful, and accurately describe the role, pay, location, and hours. Employers are solely responsible for complying with employment and labour laws applicable to any role they post, including pay and working conditions.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications
• Use the Platform to solicit unlawful work or discriminatory hiring
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Scrape, copy, or resell data from the Platform without permission
• Attempt to bypass or interfere with the Platform's security

QuicKEY Job facilitates introductions between job seekers and employers but does not guarantee employment, applicant quality, or job availability. Any employment relationship, contract, or payment arrangement is strictly between the job seeker and the employer.

Core features of the Platform are free to use. If we introduce paid features in future, pricing and terms for those features will be clearly presented before you're charged.

The QuicKEY Job name, logo, and platform design are the property of Rexish Ltd. You retain ownership of the content you submit (profiles, job listings, messages), but grant us a licence to host and display it as part of operating the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rexish Ltd is not liable for the conduct of any user, the outcome of any job application, or disputes arising from an employment relationship formed through the Platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
